1. Enrolling in the PluginsMasters Affiliate Program
By signing up for the affiliate program, you agree to promote our website through authorized links and earn commissions on any products or services bought by individuals who are directed to Pluginsmasters.com via your platform, whether it’s a website or personal web pages.
2. Commission Structure
Commissions are disbursed quarterly, in the month following the end of each quarter. To qualify for commission payments, the referred account must remain active for at least 30 days. Affiliates are not permitted to refer themselves or earn commissions on their own purchases.
PluginsMasters provides a 15% commission on initial subscriptions, with an additional 15% for each renewal.
3. Suspension or Termination of Affiliate Status
PluginsMasters reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate participation at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Misleading or false advertisements (e.g., inaccurate claims, deceptive links)
• Spamming (unsolicited emails, bulk forum postings, etc.)
• Advertising on sites that support or promote illegal activities
• Violations of intellectual property rights
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language (including, but not limited to, racism, sexism, homophobia)
4. Use of Affiliate Links
You may incorporate both text and graphic affiliate links on your website, in emails, or in offline promotions (such as classified ads or magazine listings). You may use materials provided by PluginsMasters, or create your own, subject to the guidelines set forth in Section 3 and approval from PluginsMasters.
5. Tracking and Attribution
When a visitor clicks on your affiliate link, a cookie is placed in their browser, and their IP address is logged in our database along with your affiliate ID. If the visitor makes a purchase from PluginsMasters within the cookie’s active period or from the same IP address, the sale will be attributed to you and the commission awarded.
6. Limitation of Liability
PluginsMasters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or accidental damages (such as loss of revenue or commissions) caused by tracking failures, database errors, or any form of malicious intent toward the program or our websites. We do not guarantee the affiliate program or our websites will function without interruptions or errors, and we provide no express or implied warranties regarding the program or our products.
7. Agreement Terms
This agreement is effective from the moment you are accepted into the PluginsMasters Affiliate Program and remains in place until your participation is terminated. PluginsMasters reserves the right to update or modify the terms at any time. If you do not agree with the changes, your only option is to terminate your affiliate account. By continuing to participate, you agree to any updates or changes.
8. FTC Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to FTC guidelines regarding disclosure when promoting products.
• Disclosure in Articles: When including affiliate links within content, you must clearly state your affiliation with PluginsMasters on the same page where the link appears. The disclosure should be easy to find, requiring no additional actions from users (such as clicking or scrolling).
• Social Media Disclosure: If you share affiliate links on social media platforms, you are also required to disclose your connection to PluginsMasters in the same post containing the link.
• By enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
