This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that PluginsMasters, along with their affiliates, brands, and all officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of PluginsMasters, will not be liable and shall be held harmless by the winner for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind. This includes injuries, damages, or losses to property, arising out of or related to death, as well as injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway. If a third party provides the prize, PluginsMasters won’t be held liable for any issues or disputes (including lawsuits, losses, or damages) arising between the winner and the third party.

How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.pluginsmasters.com (“PluginsMasters Website”) during the Promotion Period and complete all required information. PluginsMasters reserves the right to reject any entry that doesn’t comply with these entry requirements.

1. Only one entry per person.
2. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of the contest and have valid government-issued photo identification to enter.
3. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the UK, or a member of the European Union.
4. This Promotion is void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law.
5. Employees or relatives of PluginsMasters or the Brands are not eligible to enter the Giveaways.
6. Entrants agree to release PluginsMasters and its agents, advertisers, brands, or promotional partners from any liability arising from participation in any Contest or Giveaway.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the contest closing and must respond within 7 days or forfeit the prize.
8. If a winner doesn’t claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
9. Winners may be announced in PluginsMasters’s Newsletter following the Contest.
10. Winners can’t win another Giveaway until 12 months after the Contest they last won.
11. Giveaways are open only to PluginsMasters subscribers, requiring entry of an email address to become a subscriber.
12. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, federal, state, and local, and other taxes, fees, and charges.
13. The prize is non-transferable and not payable in cash directly to the winner. If a winner isn’t eligible, an alternate winner will be selected. The Prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty.
14. Prizes will be provided by third-party partners.
15. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
16. By participating in this Promotion sponsored by PluginsMasters, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and PluginsMasters’s decisions.

Promotion Period and Winner Selection
The Promotion starts at 12:00 am EST on September 01, 2023, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on October 6, 2023.

Giveaway dates:

• Date 1, September 29: Third-Place winner
• Date 2, October 6: Second-Place winner
• Date 3, October 13: First-Place winner

At the end of each promotion period, one prize will be awarded to an eligible entrant selected at random by PluginsMasters from all qualified entrants.

Prize Winners are solely responsible for taxes, fees, or costs associated with the Prize. A valid Social Security number or tax form may be required.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in random drawings (“Drawing”) on the following dates:

• Date 1, September 28: Third-Place winner
• Date 2, October 5: Second-Place winner
• Date 3, October 12: First-Place winner

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Tax Implications & Requirements

1. Prizes are taxable income. Prizes over $600 must be reported to the IRS.
2. For prizes over $600, a Form 1099-MISC may be issued.
3. Contest winners are responsible for complying with tax laws.
4. Winner’s country’s tax requirements apply.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within two days of the Drawing (“Prize Notification”). Winners must verify information within 14 days or an alternate winner may be selected. No further contact attempts will be made. The prize is forfeited if the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or violates these Rules.

Operation of Promotion
PluginsMasters has the final say on selecting winners.

Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Disqualifications
PluginsMasters may disqualify entrants engaged in cheating or violating the Rules.
